TheKey is seeking a live-in Personal Assistant with exceptional presentation and professionalism to support a VIP client in a highly personalized, one-on-one care environment. This is more than a caregiving position, it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while providing attentive, professional support to a client who values discretion, reliability, and excellence. The client would like a caregiver who is willing to become part of their family and make a long-term commitment for the next several years.

Compensation & Schedule

• $500-$700 daily (for specific case)
• Coverage needed 5 days per week

Additional Details 

• Companion Care 
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience
• Must be available for occasional traveling primarily between Florida (5 months) and California (5-7 months) 
• All living arrangements provided, including meals and flights

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes: 

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements: 

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle 
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
