What You’ll Do

• Comprehensive Assessments: Design and implement highly customized treatment plans tailored to your client’s lifestyle and functional goals.
• Direct 1:1 Therapy: Provide hands-on, high-quality interventions to maximize patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborative Care: Coordinate directly with physicians, family members, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Empowerment & Education: Guide and train clients and their families to maintain long-term safety, wellness, and functional mobility.
• Agile Documentation: Maintain clear, prompt documentation in accordance with referral standards.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California (Required).
• Experience: 2+ years of PT experience strongly preferred; prior home health or private duty experience is a major plus.
• Clinical Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously with exceptional clinical judgment.
• Professionalism: High reliability, flawless communication, and a polished, professional demeanor suited for VIP clientele.
• Tech Literacy: Tech-savvy with basic computer skills for quick, efficient digital charting.
• Work Authorization: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
